Bio
Dr. David Sollaccio is a double board-certified orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgeon raised in Orlando, FL. He earned his undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Sollaccio completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, contributing to the care for the Florida Gators athletics programs, followed by a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. After building a thriving practice over eight years as a partner physician at Southern California Permanente Medical Group, he and his family relocated to the vibrant city of Houston, TX. He is excited to join the esteemed Fondren Orthopedic Group, treating conditions from hand to shoulder. He is committed to treating each patient as an individual, empowering them with the information they need to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside of medicine, Dr. Sollaccio enjoys time with his wife and daughter, as well as traveling, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, golf, and playing guitar.
